At Valley Ridge Farm, we are pleased to offer a wide variety of equine and equestrian services for you — and your horse. We continually strive to improve and enhance all aspects of our facility and the services we offer our clients. From beginner to advanced, we offer lessons for all ages from youth to adult! Learn classical equitation the right way from the very beginning. Group and private instruction available.
Accomplished ASHJA-Certified Trainer and award-winning coach, Michele Koury, provides horsemanship training and riding principles under the official U.S. Hunter/Jumper Riding System Guidelines.
Join us for interesting and informative clinics offered both on-site and abroad from some of the equine industry’s most reputable clinicians.
Valley Ridge Farm is home to numerous champion riders and horses. We compete in everything from local to national level shows, including the A-Circuit in Grands Prix and the Working Hunter Divisions.
Horsemanship on and off the horse, horse care, and proper interaction with our school horses — and each other — are amongst the skills our young campers experience under the careful tutelage of our trained counselors.
Children aged 4-7 are invited to spend time with our gentlest horses in this introductory interactive horseback riding program. Introductory balance, riding, horsemanship, and natural techniques are introduced in a fun, hands-on manner.
IEA Ridge Riders
Children in Grades 6-12 are invited to participate in the Interscholastic Equestrian Association’s activities here at Valley Ridge Farm. This competitive team program promotes appreciation of all aspects of the equestrian sport.
Full-service horse boarding is offered in our clean and well-maintained 12’x12’ rubber-matted stalls. Hay, grain, stall clean out, turnout, blanketing/unblanketing, regular wellness checks, and any special needs your horse may have are available. Boarding services are available for program participants.
